Elizabeth Reaser, an American actor in TV, film and stage, is most well-known for roles such as The Twilight Saga as well as shows like Greys Anatomy or True Detective. Elizabeth was born and raised on the Michigan coast of the US. Since she was a child she longed to become an actor. After her graduation from high-school she was accepted into Juilliard School's drama department and obtained a bachelor's degree in fine arts. Following a highly successful guest appearance in The Sopranos series, she began her television debut as a fully-fledged actor. She then appeared in numerous other TV shows that were also very popular such as The Jury and Hack. The beginning of her career came when she was given the role in the role of Alice Alden, in the show Saved (2006). In the following years, she played major roles in shows such as Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife and True Detective. Also, she appeared in two films Liberal Arts One and Two and The Twilight Saga, all five episodes.

At a very young age, Jessica expressed interest in the film and television industries. The path she chose to pursue was as a model for fashion. An Australian casting director approached models and asked them to come for auditions. The role she was offered was "Kiki" in the film the film Lightning Point/Alien surf Girls. She has since had small roles in movies like Peter Pan and Aquamarine. Roman Empire was a Netflix original show in which she starred as Cleopatra. She also appeared in the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean film: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica was selected by a global search to play the leading role on The Outpost. A tape with her acting was given to the producers, along with an additional tape that showed her doing MMA. They sent her a video on the next day that showed herself sword fighting. After studying the script, Jessica knew that the role would require weapons training, and recorded her first session in a class with an experienced instructor. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt crew were amazed at how Jessica fared in her first lesson. Jessica had never been in an important role prior to the US because all of her filmography was shot in Australia. Jessica's mix martial art skills, horseback riding, weapons ability and athleticism allow her to pull off stunts portraying the tough woman. Jessica has been trained in boxing and muay Thai in Australia, as well as taking classes at a mixed martial training facility for martial arts. Jake Stormoen was working on Season 4 when he was on Season 4 set when he met a wandering dog. The one dog turned out to belong to an entire litter of puppies, who had taken housing in the sets. Jessica was the foster mom to at least two of the pups.
